The following terms and conditions apply to all purchases made on bravocoworldwide.com. Please read carefully before purchasing. 

 

CHECKOUT:

Customer accounts are encouraged, but not required. Once making a purchase, your billing and shipping address will be examined and filtered for any fraudulent activity. We may contact you regarding any address corrections, gift purchases, on-base orders, freight forwarding addresses, and request additional verification. Any information provided to verify the purchase will be used for this manner only, and destroyed immediately thereafter. 

 

PACKAGE DELIVERY:

Approved orders are typically shipped within 1-2 business days, and are shipped primarily by USPS first class, priority, and UPS ground. Bravocoworldwide.com will use your email address provided to send you confirmation of purchase, shipment preparation, and tracking #. It will also send you an "out for delivery" email the day your package is to be delivered. Finally, it will send you one final confirmation of delivery. It is up to the buyers responsibility to use these tools and anticipate delivery accordingly, or make alternate plans with your courier. - We cannot be responsible for lost or stolen goods once your package has been delivered.  Please make sure to make proper arrangements to receive your package.

NOTE: Currently due to covid precautions, all returns and exchanges are not able to be processed as per our fulfillment party. All items on this site are considered to be final sale. Any returns will be denied. If you need help in making a decision regarding a product, please use the contact form. We are happy to help measure, describe a function, take additional photos, anything within our power to help you virtually make a decision. 

EXCHANGES ARE ALLOWED WITHIN 10 BUSINESS DAYS OF RECEIPT. PLEASE CAREFULLY REPACK THE ITEM IN ITS ORIGINAL BOX AND INCLUDE TYVEK BAG / LABELS, ALONGSIDE THE ITEM IN NEW CONDITION TO THE FOLLOWING:

FOR YOUR SAFETY, PLEASE USE A COURIER THAT PROVIDES A TRACKING #. SIGNATURE DELIVERY IS NOT REQUIRED AS WE ARE
A COMMERCIAL ADDRESS, BUT YOU WILL WANT TO BE ABLE TO PROVE THAT THE PARCEL WAS SHIPPED AND DELIVERED IF THERE EVER WAS AN ISSUE WITH THE ITEM NOT ARRIVING.

EXCHANGES ARE ACCEPTED WITHIN 60 DAYS OF PURCHASE:

PLEASE LET US KNOW WHAT YOU’D LIKE TO APPLY THE CREDITED ITEM TOWARD. IF THE AMOUNT IS MORE THAN WHAT YOU ARE EXCHANGING, WE WILL EMAIL YOU TO PAY THE REMAINDER. ONCE WE HAVE RECEIVED AND APPROVED THE EXCHANGE, THE SHIPPING ON THE SWAPPED ITEM IS COMPLIMENTARY.

 

REFUND:
REFUNDS ARE ACCEPTED WITHIN 30 DAYS OF PURCHASE:

IF YOU WOULD SIMPLY LIKE A REFUND, WE WILL INSPECT THE RETURNED MERCHANDISE AND IF VERIFIED TO BE IN NEW AND RESELLABLE CONDITION, WE WILL CREDIT YOUR CARD FOR THE COST OF THE MERCHANDISE ONLY.

SHIPPING FEES CANNOT BE REFUNDED. THE CURRENT COMPLIMENTARY OUTBOUND SHIPPING OVER PURCHASES OF $100.00 WILL BE DEDUCTED AT ACTUAL COST FROM THE REFUND AMOUNT. (USUALLY $10-$18)

THIS CREDIT USUALLY ONLY TAKES 24-48 HOURS ONCE WE HAVE THE ITEM IN HAND. IT MAY TAKE LONGER FOR THE BANK / CREDIT MERCHANT TO POST IT TO YOUR ACCOUNT, BUT WE WILL INITIATE THIS AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.

 

WARRANTY:

BRAVO COMPANY OFFERS A LIMITED ONE-YEAR WARRANTY THAT GUARANTEES ALL PRODUCTS TO BE FREE OF DEFECT IN MATERIAL AND CRAFTSMANSHIP, STARTING FROM THE DATE OF PURCHASE FROM AN AUTHORIZED STOCKIST.
